Referral Program

1. Eligibility & Scope

Geographic Limitation: This program is strictly valid only for customers, orders, and shipping addresses within the European Union (EU).
Customer Verification: Participation is restricted to verified customers who have purchased at least one product.
Overview: Eligible participants receive a unique referral code granting referred EU buyers a 10% discount on their first purchase.

2. Referral Rewards & Payout Conditions

Reward: The Referrer earns a cash payout of 10% per successful order.
Pending Period: Cash rewards are validated 30 days post-delivery. If the referred customer exercises their statutory EU 14-day right of withdrawal or returns the product, no commission is awarded.
Payout Method: Payments are executed via SEPA bank transfer to an EU-based bank account upon reaching a minimum threshold of €20.

3. Compliance, Taxes & EU DAC7

Tax Responsibility: The participant is solely responsible for declaring referral earnings and paying relevant personal income taxes in their home jurisdiction.
DAC7 Reporting: In compliance with EU Directive 2021/514 (DAC7), if your annual payouts exceed €2,000 or 30 transactions, we are legally required to collect your Tax Identification Number (TIN) and report earnings to tax authorities.

4. Marketing Rules & Restrictions

Required Disclosure: Under EU advertising law, referrers must clearly state their commercial connection (e.g., "I earn a commission if you use my discount code") whenever sharing the code publicly or on social media.
Prohibited Conduct: Self-referrals, publishing codes on discount aggregator websites, search engine ad bidding (PPC), and unsolicited messaging (spam) are strictly prohibited and result in immediate ban and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.
